Instant writ petition has been filed seeking for a writ of mandamus or any other writ, direction or order, directing respondents 2 to 5 to issue travel pass to the non-resident Keralites in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, who were registered with the petitioners' organisation as well as with the 5th respondent for travelling to Kerala in the vehicles arranged by the petitioners' organizations, following all directions and norms prescribed by the 1st and 2nd respondents for transportation.
