JUDGMENT
Dated this the 7th day of January 2020
The petitioner seeks an early disposal of
S.M.No.2203/2019 on the file of the first respondent.
In the light of the judgment of this Court in W.P. (C).No.28398/2017 and connected cases dated 14/3/2018 and
the guidelines issued by the Government as per G.O. (P).No.09/2018/RD, dated 22/2/2018, there shall be a direction to the Land Tribunal to conclude the S.M proceedings in accordance with the directions in the above judgment.
The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment in W.P.(C) No.28398/2017 and connected cases along with this judgment for compliance.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
