JUDGMENT

The petitioner claims to be a member of the Managing Committee of Parambil Kadavu (MAM UP School) at Kuruvattoor in Kozhikode District. The petitioner has filed Ext.P2 complaint before the Vigilance and Anti Corruption Tribunal, Kozhikode alleging mismanagement by the Manager of the School and his men.

The grievance of the petitioner is that, in spite of the complaint being numbered as C.M.P.No.182 of 2019, it is not being proceeded with for want of sanction from the Government. Reliance is placed on Ext.P3 to submit that the request for sanction is pending before the Government.

The limited relief sought, is to direct the first respondent to consider the request for sanction expeditiously. Considering the limited relief sought, the writ petition is disposed directing the first respondent to pass orders on the request for sanction to prosecute the accused in C.M.P.No.182 of 2019 pending before the Vigilance and Anti corruption Tribunal, Kozhikode within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
