This writ petition is filed for police protection as against
obstruction and threat by respondents 4 to 8 to digging a bore well in the property of the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the Panchayat submits that digging of bore well is over. In that view of the matter, there is no scope for issuing any further direction.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
