JUDGMENT
Dated this the 2nd day of June, 2020.
This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the grant of 'No Objection Certificate' to the third respondent for conduct of a petroleum outlet. The writ petition was filed in the year 2011 and has been pending without an interim order.
2. The learned Standing Counsel for the third
respondent submits that, in pursuance of the No Objection Certificate which is under challenge in this writ petition, further steps were taken and the petroleum outlet has started functioning.
In such circumstances, nothing survives for consideration and accordingly, the writ petition is closed, reserving the petitioner's liberty to agitate his grievances, if any subsisting, before the
appropriate authority/forum.
