Instant Public Interest Litigation is filed for the following relief:
“(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order calling for the records leading to Ext.P1 and Ext.P2 and direct the respondents 1 & 2 to dispose of Ext.P1 & P2 and maintain the old and new road from Kuthupara-Shalyampara without any encroachment.”
