JUDGMENT
Dated this the 7th day of December 2020
The complaint of the petitioner is that despite Ext.P3 order passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Perumbavoor on 10.12.2019 the 1st respondent is not taking any action to convene a Medical Board to examine the petitioner.
The learned Government Pleader on instructions submitted that Medical Board would be convened and petitioner would be examined on 09.12.2020. It is stated that the petitioner is also informed about the same. Therefore no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. At any rate the 1st respondent shall see that the report, after examination with respect to the disability of the petitioner, is forwarded to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Perumbavoor at the earliest.
The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
