Dated this the 9th day of January 2020
The petitioner seeks an early disposal of S.M.No.1956/2018 on the file of the Special Tahsildar (LR), Tirur.
In the light of the judgment of this Court in W.P.(C).No.28398/2017 and connected cases dated 14/3/2018 and the guidelines issued by the Government as per G.O.(P).No.09/2018/RD, dated 22/2/2018, there shall be a direction to the Land Tribunal to conclude the S.M proceedings in accordance with the directions in the above judgment.
The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment in W.P.(C) No.28398/2017 and connected cases along with this judgment for compliance.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
