JUDGMENT

The petitioner had undertaken the emergency work of providing pandal and other connected works in connection with the Children's Day celebration at Nisagandhi Auditorium, Thiruvananthapuram on 13^th and 14^th November, 2018. The petitioner completed the work within the stipulated time. The total bill amount comes to Rs.1,97,510/-. Even though request was made for payment of the bill amount, the 6^th respondent, for whom the work was undertaken, has so far not disbursed the amount to the 3^rd respondent and consequently, the petitioner's bill is pending without payment.

There is no objection regarding the work conducted by the petitioner and the bill itself

having been certified for payment, the 6^th respondent is directed to sanction and release the amount due towards the work undertaken on the basis of Ext.P1 to the 3^rd respondent within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The 3^rd respondent shall, on receipt of the amount, disburse the same to the petitioner within a further period of two weeks.
