JUDGMENT
The petitioner has sought implementation of Ext.P1 judgment. It is strange that for seeking implementation of the judgment a writ petition is filed, making this Court as an executing court. The Counsel for the petitioner ought to have given a proper advice to his client as to the remedies available under various provisions of law.
When I was about to dismiss the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
In such circumstances, this writ petition stands
dismissed as withdrawn.
