After hearing the learned counsel, when the attention of the learned counsel for the petitioner was invited that sanction order for STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) has not been filed along with the writ petition and that the writ petition, in effect, is filed making a collateral challenge to the sanction order, Smt. Laila I.S., learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition supporting all the documents to the averments to be made therein.
Permission is granted as prayed for. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
