When this matter was taken up, Sri. Varughese M. Easo, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that in the course of proceedings in W.P.(C) No.21049 of 2020, the respondents herein had submitted that the notification impugned in the instant petition is being withdrawn without prejudice to their right to initiate appropriate action as per law. According to the learned counsel, in that view of the matter, reserving the right of the petitioner herein to move afresh, at a later stage, if so warranted, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw this writ petition. A memo to that effect has been filed.
In view of the said submission, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to move afresh at a later stage, if so warranted, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
