JUDGMENT
The petitioner states that he is in possession and enjoyment of property having an extent of 0.0405 hectares of land comprised in Re Sy.No. 32 in Block No 155 of Kerala Estate Village which was purchased by him on the strength of Exhibit P1 sale deed. He states that he has submitted Exhibit-P2 representation before the 3rd respondent seeking to carry out mutation and to accept land tax. His prayer in this writ petition is to direct the 3rd respondent to take up Exhibit-P2 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
