JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers:-
“a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writs, directions or orders directing the respondents to consider the Exhibit P5 application based on Exhibit P1 to P4 documents and issue the OCI card to the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
b) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writs, directions or orders directing the respondents to consider and pass orders in Exhibit P5 at the respondent's offices in Ernakulam District itself, considering the age and health ailments of the petitioner.”

There will, accordingly, be a direction to the 1st respondent to take up any application to be submitted by the petitioner and to consider the same, within a period of three weeks from the date on which the petitioner makes the application complete in all respects before the 1st respondent.
