JUDGMENT
The petitioner college has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 1st respondent to grant affiliation for D.Pharm course in the petitioner college based on Ext.P2 application, as expeditiously as possible; and a writ of mandamus commanding the 1st respondent to open the web portal for facilitating uploading of documents for scrutiny, for processing the affiliation application submitted by the petitioner.

consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already made an application before the Government for granting affiliation for conducting D.Pharm course, on the strength of the approval granted by the Pharmacy Council in Ext.P1, and that without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to pursue that application and to approach this Court again, in case of any delay on the part of the Government in considering the same, this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the aforesaid right of the petitioner.
