J U D G M E N T
Ext.P3 is a representation preferred by the petitioners before the second respondent. The grievance voiced by the petitioners in Ext.P3 concerns the nuisance and pollution caused by the fourth respondent on account of rearing goats i n his premises. It is alleged by the petitioners that Ext.P3 representation is not being considered by the second respondent. Petitioners, therefore, seek appropriate directions in this regard in the writ petition.
Having regard to the averments in Ext.P3, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the second respondent to take appropriate action on Ext.P3, within a period of six weeks. Ordered accordingly.
