JUDGMENT
The petitioner Trust, which is running a Self Financing Training
College, has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari to quash Ext.P11 decision, in so far as it affects its college. The petitioner has also sought for a writ of mandamus commanding the University to include the petitioner's college in the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) for B.Ed, in this year itself; and a declaration that the petitioner is entitled to effect admissions in its college for B.Ed, in 2020-21 itself.
passed an order withdrawing the recognition granted to the college and as such, this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge that order.

Based on the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the aforesaid right of the petitioner.
