JUDGMENT

Party in person has filed the instant writ petition for the following reliefs:
“(a) To issue a writ of certiorari calling for the originals of Exhibit-P1 circular and Exhibit-P2 Government order, and to quash the same.
(b) To issue an order or direction to the respondents to personally appear before this Court and give a testimony on, who prompted them to issue Exhibits-P1 and P2 or they issued the order on their own, or did they have any clearance from the State Law Department which is contrary and contradictory to the law of the land, and when Hon'ble Supreme Court verdict on Lalita Kumary v. State of Uttar Pradesh which is binding on all.”
have filed counter affidavit.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
