Petitioner is a Nun and Public Relation Officer

of CMC Mount Carmel Generalate, Aluva. Writ petition is filed complaining inaction on the part of the respondents on her complaints against the 6^th respondent that he has released the Vedio in You Tube channel under the title 'Samuvelinte Suviseshangal' which contains defamatory remarks against the Nuns as a whole. It is stated that despite complaints Exts.P2, P3, P4, P5, P7 and P8 (produced along with I.A.No.1 of 2020), none of the respondents are taking action.

Therefore the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to take immediate action on Ext.P2 complaint, the 4^th respondent to take action on Exts.P3 and P4 complaints and the 7^th respondent to take immediate action on Ext.P8 complaint, in accordance with law, at the earliest and inform the results to the petitioner within a
