Instant writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to utilise substantially the huge amount lying with the respondents collected from the Indian Pravasis while migrating to overseas as one side flight charge (economy class), for the period from 1983 to 2005, only for the welfare of the returned Indian Pravasis, by investing in different projects/schemes, and by providing adequate protections under different level, and not to divert the above fund.
