This writ petition has been filed seeking for a declaration that the 6^th respondent, Crescent College of Pharmaceutical Sciences is not entitled to collect any special fee for B. Pharm course for the academic year 2020-21. The petitioner seeks relaxation of fee. A complaint had been filed before the Admission Supervisory Committee as Ext.P5. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the 6^th respondent that since then, the tuition fee for the current year has been paid.

Learned counsel for the petitioner only seeks for a direction to the 3^rd respondent to consider Ext.P5 and pass appropriate orders. We therefore direct the 3^rd respondent to consider Ext.P5 and pass appropriate orders after hearing the college authorities as well, within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
