JUDGMENT

The grievance raised in this writ petition
is regarding failure on the part of the respondents to register a crime in spite of commission of cognizable offence being pointed out in the complaint filed by the petitioner.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the writ petition, the crime has been registered and the petitioner has no further grievance. The writ petition is closed, recording the fact of the crime having been registered.
