JUDGMENT
When this writ petition was taken up, the learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that on 30.8.2020 the petitioner was found in suspicious circumstances and later based on the complaint lodged by a nearby resident and the mother of three children, Crime No.325 of 2020 has been registered inter alia under Section 354 of the IPC. According to the learned Government Pleader assertion that the police are harassing the petitioner has no basis.
Faced with said submission, Sri.P.M.Ziraj, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition reserving his right to seek appropriate remedies from the jurisdictional forum.
This writ petition is closed.
