JUDGMENT

The petitioner's complaint is that even though he submitted an application for appointment as Notary as early as on 12.01.2015 and a local enquiry was conducted thereafter, the respondents are not taking any further action.

2. The petitioner has also produced Ext.P2 letter dated 09.10.2015 by which he was directed to appear before the Interview Board on 16.10.2015.

3. The learned Government Pleader submits that petitioner appeared for the Interview on the basis of Ext.P2 call letter and the matter will be considered along with that of other applicants. It is stated that the matter is pending consideration before the 2^nd respondent and appropriate orders would be passed, after considering other applicants also, in accordance with law. This is recorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
