The petitioner is arrayed as the 8th accused in Crime No.21 of 2020 registered at the Pavaratty Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 323, 324, 326, 452 and 506 r/w 149 IPC. The writ petition is filed
alleging that proper investigation is not being conducted into the crime and crucial aspects are completely omitted by the investigating officer.
2. A statement has been filed on behalf of the investigating officer detailing the manner in which the investigation has been conducted so far and assuring that the investigation will be
continued in a proper manner taking into account all crucial and relevant aspects.
