The Writ Petition is filed complaining that respondent is not submitting expert opinion based on the direction of the Sub Court, Manjeri in O.S.No.13/2017.
The learned Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the respondent had already furnished its opinion to the Sub Court, Manjeri as early as on 21.05.2020 and it has already been received by the Sub Court on 25.05.2020.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
