J U D G M E N T
The complaint of the petitioner, who has been doing the busines of selling lottery tickets, is that he was allotted a shop room in the first floor and not in the ground floor of a building, under the process of rehabilitation by the respondent. It is stated that such allotment in the first floor would not be beneficial for him to run his avocation.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner as and when vacant room becomes available, taking note of the nature of the business being run by the petitioner.
