Dated this the 28th day of October 2020
The petitioner, who had submitted an application for domestic water connection on 2.12.2019, filed this Writ Petition aggrieved by the delay in granting connection. The petitioner subsequently filed an application to implead the Assistant Executive Engineer, Public Works Department since it was said that it is necessary to cut open the road for the purpose of providing water connection to the petitioner. The petitioner submits that she has submitted Exhibit P8 representation before the Executive Engineer, who has been impleaded as additional third respondent.
Therefore, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the additional third respondent to take appropriate action on Exhibit P8 representation within a period of three weeks.
