This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:
“Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the 1st respondent to take appropriate action upon Exhibit P4 and P6 petitions within a time limit to be fixed by this Honourable Court after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.”
In view of the fact that the petitioner has approached the 1st respondent with a representation, it is for the 1st respondent to take an appropriate decision on the same. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to take an appropriate decision on Ext.P8 representation, after hearing authorised representatives of
