The prayer in the Writ Petition was to allow the petitioner's son-Athul Krishna to study in 6th Standard (English Medium) and to allow him to attend final examination for the academic year 2018-19. On the basis of the interim order passed by this Court on 17.01.2019, petitioner's son continued.
2. The learned Standing Counsel submits that now the child is studying in 8th Standard. Therefore, the Writ Petition becAme infructuous.
Petitioner is free to raise the claims and contentions before the appropriate forum.
The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
