The petitioner, who is conducting real estate business, has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus commanding respondents 4 and 5 not to harass and compel him to pay any amount to the 6th respondent pursuant to Ext.P6 notice dated 02.05.2018.
