The petitioner has approached this Court alleging police
harassment. The learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the petitioner is an accused in crime registered under Sec.420 of the Indian Penal Code.
In such circumstances, the remedy of the petitioner is seeking appropriate reliefs before competent Court. With liberty as above,
this writ petition is dismissed.
