Challenging the judgment in W.P.(C).No.3761 of 2020 dated 24.02.2020, instant writ appeal is filed.
2. Prayer in the writ appeal is as follows:-
'' Call for the records relating to W.P.(C) No.3761/2020 and set aside the judgment of the learned Single judge to the extent it directs the appellant to surrender the key of the lodge received by the appellant from the 2nd respondent on 15.02.2020 and permit the appellant to occupy the Matha Lodge bearing Nos.194, 195, 196, 197, 198, 199 and 200 of vattavada Grama Panchayat by allowing the writ appeal.''
