JUDGMENT
Learned Counsel for the appellant
submits that the Panchayat has withdrawn a portion of the demand. Learned Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent also submits that it was specifically informed to the appellant that the property tax on one of the buildings, ie., the convent building, would be charged. Learned Counsel for the appellant also submits that, that has been deposited.
In such circumstances, without prejudice
to both parties, the writ appeal is closed.
