Instant writ appeal is directed against the judgment made in W.P. (C)No.1083 of 2020 dated 3.2.2020. When attention of the learned counsel for the appellants is invited by this court on the aspect that an employee muchless an association of employees has no locus to challenge the directions of the Election Commission, State or Central as the case may be, as regards performance of certain duties as directed to be carried out for fulfilling the directions of the Election Commission, Mr.Anoop V. Nair, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the writ appeal.
