Instant writ appeal is directed against the judgment dated 03.08.2015 in W.P.(C) No. 20698 of 2015, by which writ court quashed Ext.P8 and directed the appellants to grant permission for construction of storage tank in the property comprised in Re-Sy. Nos. 123/1 and 115/4 in Padinjare Kallada Village belonging to the first respondent within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
