On 05.10.2020, this Court passed the following order:
“Prayer sought for in the writ petition is as follows:-
“1. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to admit the petitioner for the LL.B. Course in pursuance of Exhibit P4 permitting him to produce the requisite documents including mark list on publication of the final semester exams by the Delhi University.”
Though arguments have been advanced on the merits of the writ appeal, having regard to the prayers made in the writ petition as well as the information that the writ petition has been included in today's list before the writ court, we are not inclined to issue any directions. However, petitioner may seek for appropriate orders in the writ petition before the writ court.
List on 09.10.2020.”
