Appellants/Tripunithura Municipality and others have approached this court challenging the interim orders passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. (C)No.34579 of 2019 on 14.1.2020 and 15.1.2020. The said writ petition has been filed by the respondent/writ petitioner being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the appellants/respondents in not settling the pending bills for conducting the cases of Tripunithura Municipality for the last more than 15 years.
