Being aggrieved by the common judgment in W.P.(C)No.11778 of 2020 and connected cases dated 6.8.2020 in which W.P.(C)No.11949 of 2020 was also included, writ petitioner therein has filed the instant Writ Appeal to set aside that portion of the common judgment affecting Providence College of Engineering, Vattamala, Angadikkal South, Chengannur, represented by its Director.
the appellant submitted that the facts and law in W.A.No.1114 of 2020 are different and the programme in the college is MBA.
for MBA programme conducted by Providence College of Engineering for the academic year 2020-2021, which is a different programme than the other programmes considered in the batch of writ appeals.
Placing on record the above said submission, there is no need to

advert to the challenge to that portion of the common judgment dated 6.8.2020, affecting the interest of the appellant/writ petitioner in W.P.
(C)No.11949 of 2020 as the respondent has conceded to the prayer of
