J U D G M E N T
S.Manikumar, CJ.
This writ appeal is filed challenging the interim order passed by a learned single Judge in W.P.C.No.12565 of 2020 dated 29.06.2020. In fact, during the pendency of the appeal, filed on 15.07.2020, writ petition itself was disposed of by the learned single Judge, by a common judgment along with other writ petitions, which is under challenge in various writ Appeals before this Court.
Taking into account the facts and circumstances, we do not think anything survives to be considered in this writ appeal. Therefore, writ appeal is dismissed, leaving open liberty to the appellant to take up feasible contentions, in the appeal if any filed against the main judgment.
