Shaffique, J
The review petition has been filed, inter alia, stating that there is errors apparent on the face of the record. The review petitioner had also produced Annexures-1 to 5 documents in order to substantiate his contention that the sufficient number of faculty members were available at the time when the inspection was conducted. It is pointed out that, presently the only question that arises for consideration is whether sufficient faculty members are available for the purpose of conducting undergraduate course. It is pointed out that as per Annexure-5, the total number of faculty requirement during the third year is only 59, which includes Professors, Readers and Lecturers. It is argued that the factual aspects involved in the case would indicate that the college had sufficient faculty members. The list produced along with the review petition as Annexures 1 to 5 points out that at the time of inspection this fact had been specifically brought to the notice of the University as well.
