Extension of the six months time stipulated by this Court, for disposal of SC No.370/2016 on the files of the CBI Court, Thiruvananthapuram is sought. Because of the pandemic situation, it is not possible to bring witnesses, who had to come from Andamans, and therefore, the learned Standing Counsel for the CBI, also seeks an extension of the time by six months more.
