Dated this the 28th day of October 2020

W.P.(C) No. 561 of 2018 was disposed of on 07.01.2019. The matter is related to the salary payable to the writ petitioner, Renjith, who was engaged by the review petitioner as a Guest Lecturer. This Court directed the review petitioner to pay the salary within a period of two months.

Thereafter, the Government appears to have passed an order on 16.11.2019, directing the Deputy Director of Collegiate Education to disburse the salary due to the guest lecturers like writ petitioner-Renjith who worked in the Co-operative Arts and Science College, Madai during the period 2011-2014. The review petitioner submitted that in the light of the above order, the judgment has to be reviewed.

The review petition is based on the order passed by the Government subsequent to the judgment in the writ petition. This Court has no occasion to consider any issue based on the Government Order passed subsequently.

Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seeks enforcement of the Government order produced in an appropriate manner.
