The captioned DBP is registered based on the periodical report No.49/2020 filed by the Ombudsman for Travancore and Cochin Devaswom Boards, for the period from 01.07.2020 to 30.09.2020. We have perused the report and it is only to be accepted. Hence, it is accepted and taken on file. In the report it is stated that most of the complaints received are not in originals and in mass petitions, signatures contain in separate sheets, that too, are not in originals. Taking note of the said circumstances the learned Ombudsman decided to take recourse to the following procedures, that is; to insist production of ID proof for consideration of the complaints and also to insist for submission of complaints in originals with signature. The said procedure adopted by the learned Ombudsman is taken note of. The DBP is closed recording the aforesaid facts.
