O R D E R
The prayers in the above Crl.M.C are as follows :
i. quash Annexure-AIII order dated 27.1.2020 in Criminal.M.P. No.114 of 2020 in S.C.No.167/2018 of Additional Sessions Court-I, Kasaragod and allow Annexure-AII petition.
ii. Issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to exempt the petitioner from the operation of Section 6(2)(f) of the Passports Act 1967 for a period of one year and allow him to go abroad for one year. iii. Issue any other appropriate order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice.”
2. Sri.A.Arunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner
has now filed the notpressed memo dated 17.8.2020 in this Crl.M.C. stating that the petitioner is not pressing this Crl.M.C, but with liberty to approach the trial court again for seeking the prayer to release his passport.
Recording the abovesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner and with the said liberty, it is ordered that the above Criminal Miscellaneous case will stand dismissed as notpressed.
