ORDER
Dated this the 1st day of December 2020 The Criminal M.C. being of the year 2013,
pertaining to a crime registered in the year 1990, report was called for from the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Vadakara, before which the matter was pending. It is reported that the case against A1 to A12 and 14 to 17 was disposed of on 17.08.1992 acquitting the accused under Section 248(1) Cr.P.C. Thereafter, the case against the petitioner (A13) was split up and refiled as C.C.No.571/1992 and renumbered as C.C.No.433/2015. That, the case was taken up and disposed of on 03.11.2017, acquitting the accused under Section 248(1) Cr.P.C.
In such circumstances, nothing survives for consideration and the Criminal M.C.is accordingly closed.
