ORDER
The petitioner/accused No.1 came up seeking
direction to the trial court to release the amount which was deposited in compliance with the order in Crl.M.C.5077/2018, for releasing the passport. It was submitted that in accordance with the conditional order passed in Crl.M.C.5077/2018, the accused No.1 came back to India after the visit of Tanzania. As such, the amount deposited, which comes to Rs.5,00,000/(Rupees five lakhs only) has to be returned, for which, admittedly no application was submitted before the trial court. Without prejudice to the right of the parties to submit an application in that behalf, the Crl.M.C. is hereby dismissed.
