Dated this the 15th day of December, 2020
Being a Crl.M.C of the year 2014, pertaining to a crime of 2014, a report was called for from the jurisdictional Court. In the report, it is stated that C.C.No.716 of 2014 was taken on file by the Judicial First Class Magistrate-I, Pathanamthitta based on the final report filed in Crime No.152 of 2014 and charge was framed for offences under Sections 143 and 147 r/w 149 of IPC. The accused pleaded guilty and were convicted and sentenced to pay Rs.300/- under Section 143 r/w 149 IPC and fine of Rs.300/under Section 147 r/w 149 IPC. The case was disposed vide judgment dated 27.11.2018. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in the Crl.M.C and accordingly, the Crl.M.C is closed.
