It is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the appellant in this case, who is the accused in SC.No.316/2006 on the files of the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.II, Thrissur had expired on 11.09.2016. The death certificate is also produced.
In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.
