This contempt of court has been filed alleging that the interim order of this Court, dated 09.12.2020, has been flagrantly violated by the respondent. I must, however, record that I have, through a separate interim order in W.P.(C) No.27220/20, issued further directions to the respondent.
In the afore circumstances, I close this contempt case, since I do not find any further action is required in this.
This contempt case is thus closed.
